We ship with Canada Post's Expedited Parcels delivery service for all deliveries in Canada. A tracking number is provided on these deliveries.
Note: Due to extremely high shipping traffic the delivery time expectancies can be longer than normal.

We ship to all states via USPS and a tracking number is provided for the delivery.
Note: Due to extremely high shipping traffic the delivery time expectancies can be longer than normal. 

Although purchase of books are normally exempt from import fees due to personal exemptions into the USA, if any tax or charged is levied, you are responsible for those fees, if and where applicable.

 

International Shipping

For deliveries to Europe and other international locations, shipping costs will be applied based on standard courier charges for delivery and will be fulfilled via Canada Post.

Returns and Exchanges

Please note that all sales are considered final, and we do not issue full refunds.

We may accept claims provided you make a request for returns or exchanges within 3 business days from the date of delivery. Claims will be approved on a case by case basis. Customers will be given the possibility to receive a credit note for future purchases or exchange articles for other items. In the case of exchanges, shipping on an exchanged item is free, and we will send you a sticker so that you can return the item free of charge.

To submit a claim for a return or exchange, please contact customer service by creating a ticket.

Shipping and Returns FAQ

What happens if I receive the wrong item, or the item is damaged upon arrival?

If you receive the wrong item or an item arrives damaged, please fill out a customer service ticket and we will work with you to find the best solution. When filling out the form, we ask that you please include photographs of the package so that we can assess the damage or error. We can either exchange the item or send you a credit note for future purchases. 

What happens if an item is missing from my package?

Please create a customer service ticket with photographs from the package so that we can assess the error and work with you to find the best solution. 

How long until I receive my order, and how do I track my parcel?

All orders are expedited as soon as the orders are made. We estimate that your package will be delivered between 5-10 business days, depending on your location within Canada. Orders will only receive a tracking number if the package exceeds the weight of a standard envelope. For packages with tracking numbers, you will receive an email with the Canada Post tracking number, which you can use to track the order. 

Your tracking number can be found in your Recent Orders and on the email confirmation that we send out after the purchase. If you visit Canada Post’s website, you will be able to use this tracking number to track your order and delivery date. 

How can I change my shipping address?

You can edit your shipping address by going to the “My Account” section on our website. However, if you have made a recent order and the shipping address is inaccurate, we recommend that you create a customer service ticket so that we make those changes before the package is shipped out. 

What happens if the package is returned to sender? 

Sometimes packages are returned to us due to an incorrect address, or it might be considered to be undeliverable by Canada Post. We will refund orders that are returned to us and be in touch with you to remedy the issue with your shipping address.

We cannot make deliveries to post office boxes.
